Lead Generation Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through various outreach methods. Your primary focus will be on outbound calling and cold calling to identify and nurture potential clients across various healthcare specialties and pass high-quality leads to outside sales representatives. If you're enthusiastic about connecting with healthcare professionals, comfortable with a high call volume, and eager to learn about our extensive catalog of compounds, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and a passion for selling on the phone.

Duties

  • Meet and exceed a high outbound call volume KPI to identify potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including:
  • Primary care prescribers
  • Internal medicine physicians
  • Endocrinologists
  • Wellness centers and med spas
  • IV wellness centers
  • Ophthalmologists
  • Men’s and women’s health clinics
  • Dermatologists
  • Weight loss clinics
  • Hormone replacement centers
  • Qualify and nurture leads, passing them to the sales team for follow-up.
  • Conduct research using databases, social media, or CRM software to identify potential customers.
  • Log all communications and lead interactions in CRM tools to ensure efficient tracking.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop outreach strategies and analyze lead data.
  • Utilize software tools to track interactions and manage lead information effectively.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively in English to convey the value of our products and services.
  • Negotiate terms with potential clients to secure meetings or sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting specific markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand industry trends.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions with prospects.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and a strong collaborator.
  • Comfortable with making continuous outbound calls and presenting products/services effectively.
  • Willingness to learn a large catalog of compounds.
  • Experience in compounding pharmacy or healthcare sales is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and an ability to adapt to new software.
  • Experience with outbound calling techniques, including warm calling strategies.
  • Proficient in using software tools for tracking leads and managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
