About this role
As a Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting children, youth, adults, and families by providing assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and evidence-based therapeutic services. You’ll have the opportunity to work independently with clients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including schools, court systems, medical professionals, and other involved parties, to help clients achieve their goals.

- Competitive salary of $47-80k dependent upon licensure
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $3,500 based on education and licensure
- Flexible Schedule with weekday hours (8 AM–5 PM) with occasional flexibility

Does the following apply to you?
One (1) of the following:
- Graduate Degree in Counseling, Therapy, Psychology, or a related field with at least 1 year of counseling/cognitive health experience.
- Licensed in Arizona as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Substance Abuse Counselor.
- Licensed in Arizona as LMHC or LMSW with relevant therapy experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency and substance abuse experience are a plus.
