Recruiting Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the recruitment process by coordinating logistics, managing communications, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate exceptional multitasking and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Coordination:

  • Schedule interviews across various time zones, ensuring alignment between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
  • Assist with the preparation of interview materials and manage candidate travel arrangements when necessary.

Communication Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain clear communication with hiring managers and recruiters to streamline the hiring workflow.

Recruitment Logistics:

  • Manage job postings on internal and external platforms.
  • Track and report on the status of open positions, applications, and hiring metrics.
  • Ensure that applicant tracking systems (ATS) are up to date with candidate details and statuses.

Process Improvement:

  • Assist in refining recruitment workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement new tools and techniques to streamline hiring processes.

Administrative Support:

  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
  • Conduct background checks and reference verifications as needed.

Employer Branding:

  • Coordinate recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Represent the company as a positive and professional ambassador during all candidate interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience:
    • 1+ of experience in recruitment, human resources, business administration or a related role.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and recruitment tools.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience HR Administrative work , interviewing or for high-volume or technical recruitment.
  • Knowledge of best practices in recruitment.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
