Scope:
We are seeking a self-motivated Process Engineering Intern to join our team for the summer of 2025 at our Stafford and Stafford Springs Divisions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that drive our technology forward. While specific projects will be determined closer to your start date, your responsibilities will generally include:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test electrical systems and components.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to innovative solutions for real-world engineering problems.
- Assist in the development of prototypes and the execution of testing protocols.
- Support senior engineers in analyzing data and preparing technical reports.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
- Complete a final presentation to the site leadership team.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Automation, or Electrical preferred)
- Anticipated graduation date no later than December 2026
- Strong foundational knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and design principles.
- Proficiency with relevant engineering software and tools (e.g., MATLAB, Solidworks, AutoCAD, Python, C++)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
• Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgement in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
• Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments.
• Typically expects 3+ years of related experience.
• Vocational/technical education and/or relevant certifications may be required.
