Key Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
Assist in the preparation of legal documents, briefs, letters, and memoranda.
Support case preparation by organizing documents and coordinating with the legal team.
Perform administrative duties as needed to support the legal team.
Qualifications
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong research and writing skills
Currently enrolled in an accredited law school
Be attentive to details – you don't miss anything
Excel in adapting and thriving in ever-changing situations
Demonstrate top-notch collaboration skills – a true team player
Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office-based computer programs

Location
This is an in-office role. We are located at 100 S 5th St, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Compensation
$22.00 per hour
Schedule
We ask that summer law clerks work at least 32 hours per week during regular business hours, which are between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
Reporting Structure
You'll be reporting to a Lead Attorney, working collaboratively to ensure the firm's success.
