Under the general direction of the Administrator, the incumbent is responsible for the processing of all procurement requests, Processing payment packages and logging incoming invoices and outgoing disputes. Employees having regular, direct responsibility for work supervision, on-the-job training, and work performance evaluation of at least two incarcerated individual workers who substantially replace civil service employees for a total of at least 120 hours per pay period may be eligible for Pay Differential 67. This pay differential may also apply to employees having direct supervisory responsibility over incumbents who meet the conditions stated above. Employees will have regular and substantial contact with persons incarcerated in California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation institutions and/or medical facilities.

Monthly Salary: $3,717 - $4,654 and may receive a $190.00 per month Institutional Worker Supervision Pay (IWSP) Differential

Desirable Qualifications
In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
- Experience in performing clerical duties.
- Experience preparing reports, memorandums, guidelines and/or other written correspondence to internal/external stakeholders.
- Ability to demonstrate proper English, spelling, grammar, and organization.
- Experience with PCs, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, and Database Systems
- Job-related Training or Certifications (e.g., proofreading, Microsoft cert, Admin training, etc.)
