Software Developer (Part-time)
Position Overview:
ProMazo is seeking talented and driven student Software Developers to join our team for an exciting project with a top worldwide cosmetics company, they are a globally recognized brand. This unique opportunity involves building a proprietary tool for their C-level leadership and R&D teams. The tool will track the R&D process from ideation through product launch, while also enabling leadership to generate performance reports for specific markets.
This is a paid, part-time position requiring a commitment of 18-20 hours per week. The project will kick off on February 17, 2025, and continue through December 2025, with potential for extension based on performance. High-performing individuals may be offered opportunities for continued collaboration beyond this project.

What You Will Do:
Collaborate with a team of 5-6 students to design, build, and deploy a professional-grade MVP product within 9-12 months.
Develop a web-based tool with full functionality, including secure sign-on, R&D tracking capabilities, and reporting features.
Participate in daily 3-4 hour working sessions (Monday-Friday) within a SCRUM and Agile framework, led by ProMazo’s founder and CTO.
Showcase progress to our client's leadership team through regular presentations.
Technical Requirements:
Strong experience with AWS, JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
Demonstrated experience building and deploying professional, academic, or personal software projects.
Familiarity with SCRUM and Agile frameworks (nice to have).
Eligibility Criteria:
Students graduating December 2025 or later will be considered.
Must have full-stack development skills. However we will consider individuals who are very experienced with frontend and/or backend.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Compensation:
This is a paid position with rates based on experience. While ProMazo’s pay rates may be lower than traditional internships, this experience will distinguish you in the job market and strengthen your resume as you pursue full-time roles.
