Senior Mortgage Marketing Coordinator (SRMOR012571)
The Senior Mortgage Marketing Coordinator coordinates mortgage events, digital marketing, mortgage advertising and monitoring, and other mortgage marketing-related projects.
This position is available at any Centennial Bank location and has hybrid opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Schedule and coordinate corporate events, within the assigned budget. This duty is performed daily, about 15% of the time.
2. Order and organize promotional items, and coordinate shipping and distribution. This duty is performed daily, about 15% of the time.
3. Utilize Facebook Ads Manager to create and launch MLO ads as requested. This duty is performed daily, about 15% of the time.
4. Work with each individual mortgage marketing vendors monthly to request and organize reporting. This duty is performed weekly, about 10% of the time.
5. Assist Mortgage Marketing Officer in organizing and maintaining yearly marketing plan. This duty is performed daily, about 15% of the time.
6. Interact with marketing, third party vendors and compliance to ensure the timely and successful creation of all mortgage marketing materials. This duty is performed daily, about 15% of the time.
7. Work as an administrator in eCRM system to launch both traditional and drip marketing campaigns as well as assist MLOs. This duty is performed daily, about 15% of the time.
8. Completes required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned. This duty is performed as needed.
9. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. This duty is performed as needed.
10. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 2 years related experience and/or training, and 19 to 23 months related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and understand general business/company related articles and professional journals; ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers. Ability to perform these mathematical skills using money and other forms of measurement.
CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS
Ability to utilize common sense understanding in order to carry out written, oral or diagrammed instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving several known variables in situations of a routine nature.
