Fairlife Technical – Dairy Research Intern

A Dairy Research Intern will be based in Atlanta, Georgia (The Coca-Cola Head Quarters) and work with teams in Atlanta and Chicago. This is an opportunity to learn skills which will help to grow in Food Industry. We're looking for students who understand the fundamentals and principles of science (Dairy/Food) and engineering (Chemical/Process) and who want to solve business problems on a national scale in a large, complex environment. Candidates need to have a passion and aptitude for project management and innovation which helps us visualize the future of the industry.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

Processing/Manufacturing Operations

Education Requirements:

 Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Agricultural, Manufacturing, or Food Science with a final graduation date no earlier than December 2025.

Related Work Experience:

Ability to support and influence cross functional teams.

 Ability to problem solve and gain alignment across multiple organizations and levels.

Detail oriented, analytical, and creative thinker with passion for quality processes.

Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to demonstrate strong project management experience with the ability to define and lead projects and direct/motivate project teams. 

Ability to refine solutions and manage internal and external partner’s expectations against technical and business success criteria with limited available resources.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs (Word, XLS, PPT)

Monthly salary (undergraduate): $4,506

Monthly salary (graduate): $6,066
