Ticket Operations Ticketing Intern
JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for assisting the Premium Seating Department regarding all marketing, sales and service components of the Green Bay Packers Premium Seating program for the 2025 offseason & season. The internship is a paid, season-long position that may require working nights, holidays and weekends as needed. The position is full time (40+ hours per week). Attendance is required for all home games, training camp, and marquee events (e.g., Family Night, etc.).

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide superior service through verbal, written and in-person communication with premium clients, potential clients and all guests who visit Lambeau Field.
- Assist in preparing, tracking and fulfilling renewal and sales campaigns for available premium seating inventory.
- Assist in the planning, execution and hosting of exclusive premium events.
- Help propose and develop new events, processes and initiatives to help attract and retain Premium Seating clients.
- Lead premium seating gameday preparation and set up and assist as needed with ticketing & premium seating gameday initiatives and tasks.
- Assist in sales process, including preparing sales presentations and proposals and coordinating tours.
- Manage client data and help ensure proper and consistent tracking and reporting using Archtics and CRM.
- Assist with the management of all premium seating waiting lists and ticket request fulfillment using Archtics.
- Assist with billings, collections and monthly reporting for premium accounts as needed.
- Contribute to the development of creative new, added value benefits to the premium program.
- Be able to independently process ticket orders and suite requests, while anticipating needs and possible issues, noting to and suggesting solutions.
- Ensure exceptional servicing of accounts including addressing questions, complaints, and suggestions, asking for assistance as needed for more complex issues.
- Assist with season ticket planning and distribution process for premium clients.
- Work cross-departmentally with Packers security, maintenance, marketing and Delaware North Sports Service to fulfill client needs and accomplish the Green Bay Packers mission statement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Undergraduate degree in related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of responsible and progressive experience in customer service/hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must convey professionalism in appearance and all interactions with internal and external clients and all Packers partners.
- Must be extremely attentive to detail and follow through and be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to listen to and address the needs of current and potential clients.
- Effective problem solving/trouble-shooting skills.
- Knowledge in Archtics, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, KORE (Microsoft) or similar CRM preferred.
- Must be a team player and strive for excellence in all matters.
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time throughout the day.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to reach, stoop, and lift on a frequent basis.
- Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
- Operates in a professional office environment.
- Role routinely uses standard office equipment.
