Our mission is to empower our clients and their families through personalized, evidence-based interventions. We are currently seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team.
Position Summary: As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in delivering direct therapeutic services to clients in both home and clinic settings. You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans and support clients in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA therapy techniques and interventions as directed by BCBAs.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
- Engage clients in therapeutic activities designed to enhance their skills and independence.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of strategies across settings.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during sessions.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.
Qualifications:
- Current RBT certification (option to complete the 40 hour training after date of hire if you don’t have current RBT certification)
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disorders.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the lives of clients.
- Ability to adapt to different environments (home and clinic) and client needs.
