Sales Shark
We are seeking an aggressive and dynamic Sales Shark to join our high-performing sales team. As a Sales Shark, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new clients, and ensuring the retention of existing customers. You must have an excellent understanding of sales strategies, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities in both new and existing markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Prospect for new business through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients, ensuring profitable terms.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to clients, highlighting value propositions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM.
- Continuously follow up with leads to move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and post-sale retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge.
- Participate in sales training and development to sharpen your skills and increase performance.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- High level of competitiveness, resilience, and self-motivation.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
- Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
