Global Human Resources Intern

Summary: 

The Global Human Resources Intern will gain experience working in a global business environment, supporting the Global HR Team, by leading a project focused on bringing best practice solutions to the Chem-Trend Global HR Community. The project will be connected to the department’s strategic objectives to attract, develop and retain top talent. The intern will be expected to observe and understand current conditions, research standards and solutions, and document findings and recommendations for improvement. The intern will help to organize a global event and collaborate with HR professionals. No travel is required, but some non-standard work hours may be required for international communications.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or completed bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field
  • Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the Global HR Team
