Vice President Design - Licensed Architect (Corrections)

Position Overview:
Lead architectural projects, manage teams, ensure compliance with codes, and contribute to business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from start to finish, including teams, budgets, and schedules.
• Review technical reports, presentations, and designs.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and building standards.
• Develop client relationships and pursue business opportunities.
• Represent CGL at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• Registered Architect (RA).
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and BIM standards.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must pass a drug test, background check, and motor vehicle record check.

• Salary: $96,000–$142,000 + performance bonus.
