Business Development Representative

One of Omaha’s fastest growing software as a service (SaaS) companies serving 300+ clients and processing millions of transactions monthly, FTNI is currently seeking Business Development Representatives (BDRs) as we look to aggressively grow our sales teams to drive new business opportunities within our core verticals spanning the U.S. and Canada.

This important role is responsible for proactively identifying and building front-line sales relationships with prospective clients and partners to drive awareness and demand for modernizing the way businesses accept, process, post and manage payments. The position offers long-term growth potential and is ideal for individuals who are looking to start/grow their career within the fast-paced enterprise software and payment technology industries.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and qualify prospects to create sales-ready leads
  • Initiate the sales cycle with prospective FTNI clients via inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, including phone, personalized video, and email campaigns
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual lead generation and sales goals
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of FTNI's solutions
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to create prospecting lists, messaging and strategies to drive new business opportunities across assigned industries
  • Participate in the execution of outbound lead generation campaigns
  • Attend and represent FTNI at various industry trade events as needed
     

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Proactive self-starter who enjoys a challenge
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
