What You'll Do:

  • Own the Sales Cycle: From your first call to closing the deal, you’ll manage every step of the process.
  • Bring the Energy: Make 75+ outbound calls daily to connect with potential clients and build lasting relationships.
  • Win Big: Hit and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals while earning a base salary + uncapped commission.
  • Grow Your Career: This role is a springboard to roles like Key Accounts Manager, Field Sales, Account Manager, or even leadership.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Prospect and qualify potential customers using phone and email outreach.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities to fuel your success.
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals with confidence.
  • Track and manage your progress using Salesforce.com and Salesloft.
  • Hit 75% of your metrics within your first 30 days—then aim even higher.
