Internship Overview

Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research using AI tools to identify new business opportunities and sales leads.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral using platforms like Canva, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Participate in client meetings and sales calls, utilizing CRM and AI-driven insights to engage effectively.
• Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track opportunities and customer interactions.
• Support the sales team in tracking pipeline activities and outcomes, leveraging predictive analytics tools.
Marketing Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, incorporating AI tools for automation and personalization.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms and the company website using scheduling and AI-driven content tools.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and AI-based platforms for actionable insights.
• Assist in planning virtual events, webinars, and digital outreach initiatives using event management software.
• Collaborate on refining marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Interest in integrating AI and software solutions into sales and marketing workflows.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Supervision and Mentorship
You’ll report to Dan Farris, who will provide regular guidance and feedback. You’ll also gain mentorship from seasoned sales and marketing professionals.
