Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily tasks, including data entry, interpreting continuing disclosure agreements, and creating workpapers/templates.
- Conduct comprehensive five-year look-back reviews in alignment with DAC’s standard procedures and SEC Rule 15c2-12.
- Support compliance and financial analysis to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Perform detailed research and analysis of municipal securities disclosure documents to ensure compliance with SEC Rule 15c2-12 requirements.
- Review and analyze continuing disclosure filings for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness, identifying potential discrepancies or non-compliance issues.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to gather necessary information for compliance and regulatory reporting.
- Prepare and maintain records of compliance reviews, research findings, and recommendations for clients and management.
- Assist in the development and refinement of compliance reporting processes, procedures, and templates to improve efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with changes to SEC regulations, including 15c2-12, and ensure company practices remain compliant.
- Prepare reports for clients and internal stakeholders, summarizing findings from research and compliance activities.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and management to identify potential compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
