Shift Supervisor

Mueller Fittings Company Co. LLC, a manufacturer of copper fittings, is seeking a Shift Supervisor for both 1st shift and 2nd Shift. 

6:00AM to 3:30PM (during peak season, schedule may change to 5AM to 3:30PM).

3:30PM-12:00AM (During peak season, schedule may change to 3:30PM-2:00AM). 

Responsibilities include:

·Communicates with other Supervisors/Managers to ensure production goals are understood and equipment status is updated.

·Provides work guidance and training to machine operators to ensure production goals are achieved while placing a strong emphasis on safety, quality and company standards

·Monitors and drives performance and efficiency of personnel

·Monitors and drives quality of work in process and finished product.

·Reviews schedules and timesheets in Dayforce to ensure employees are paid properly and attendance is tracked

·Performs duties under minimal supervision following company policies and procedures

·Strong leadership and communication skills

·Ability to set-up, operate and troubleshoot equipment under area of responsibility

·Forklift certification required

·Ability to perform quality checks/first piece inspections

·Must possess Microsoft Office - Outlook/Excel capabilities
