Supply Chain Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in inventory management, production planning, and logistics. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of supply chain systems. Key 

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination.
  • Collaborate with international factories and suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Analyze supply chain processes and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. 
  • Generate reports and utilize data to support decision-making and process improvement. 
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments. 
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive. 
  • Proficient in computer operations and advanced knowledge of office software, including Microsoft Excel. 
  • Prior experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Non-smoker.

 

Preferred Skills 

  • Proficiency in inventory management systems, including SAP and Oracle EBS. 
  • Strong knowledge of production planning techniques and inventory control practices. 
  • Familiarity with MRP systems to support effective material management.
