Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Paid Intern to join our team. This role offers a hands-on experience in content strategy, social media management, and marketing communications. The ideal candidate is organized, strategic, and passionate about digital marketing, with a keen interest in influencer and affiliate marketing. This internship is designed to transition into a Paid Coordinator role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy: Assist in developing and executing content strategies that align with client goals.
- Content Calendar Planning: Plan and organize content calendars for multiple accounts, ensuring timely and relevant posts.
- Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, maintaining each brand's voice.
- Communications: Handle professional email communications with clients and influencers, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Copywriting: Craft compelling copy for social media posts, blogs, and other marketing materials.
- Brand Voice & Engagement: Understand and utilize each client’s brand voice to engage effectively with their audience.
- Support Role: Provide support on a main account, with occasional contributions across other client accounts.
- Affiliate & Influencer Marketing: Assist in managing influencer partnerships and affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Google Suite Proficiency: Utilize Google Suite tools for project management and content creation.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to create and execute content strategies.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest for brand engagement.
- Strong copywriting skills with a creative flair.
- Interest in influencer and affiliate marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Passion for lifestyle, service-based, and consumer goods industries.
