Sales Analyst Intern

The Sales Analyst Intern role supports the Sales Organization by assisting in administrative tasks related to maintaining data accuracy and completeness of sales data. This role requires a high level of autonomy and willingness to provide exceptional customer service to all ABC internal customers. The Sales Planning and Analysis team at ABC Technologies plays a significant role in the organization by bridging the gap between Sales, Finance and other departments that need the ability to understand the company’s sales portfolio. Data accuracy and completeness is a key component to driving good business decisions. Our team helps the organization by maintaining strong controls over sales data and ensures compliance to the internal sales processes by being the gatekeepers to our Sales Forecasting System. We identify how every part ties to the Automotive Industry Market and use a targeted approach to building an achievable pipeline. With accurate and complete data, we can then use variance analysis to measure performance, understand Market share and competitive landscape of the Automotive Industry, and identify risks as it pertains to trends and historical performance. 

Assist Sales team with data entry into Sales Forecasting System 

***MAJOR FOCUS ON TOYOTA/HONDA***

• Analyze internal data vs. Customer data variances

 • Prepare RFQ package and tracking

 • Coordinate meetings and conversations with internal and external as needed

 • Complete and review monthly reports as assigned

 • Support Implementation of new systems and processes as assigned 

• Support with ongoing Sales department projects

Qualifications:

Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business management, or data analytic related field 

• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects and has a keen attention to detail

 • Proficient in Data Entry and Typing

 • Proficient with MS Excel, Word and Power Point

 • Good computation Skills

 • Excellent communication skills 

• Available to work at least 24+ hours per week

 • Previous internship experience would be a plus
