Who We Look For

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in Law / Accounting / Finance/ Economics / Data Analytics / Quantitative Finance / Financial Technology is a plus or any other disciplines
  • Demonstrated excellent academic results. A 2:1 degree (UK), or 3.5 GPA (Hong Kong or US) or equivalent is desirable.

Experience

  • Fresh graduate or recent graduate with less than 3 years of work experience in related disciplines (Banking & Finance, Law, Audit, Fintech / RegTech)
  • Activities demonstrating leadership / organization skills

Language

  • Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese & English (a minimum of 7 out of 9 in the IELTS exam)
  • Proficiency in Putonghua is highly preferred

  • Professional & Courageous, possess public service orientation with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity
