Office Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated Office Assistant. Success in this position will require meticulous organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to adapt to any situation that arises. All potential candidates must be highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail.

Daily tasks include (and certainly are not limited to):

• Organize, scan, and file documents.
• Sort through and respond to emails.
• Work within our CRM-ERP system NetSuite.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Other tasks could involve other administrative-type tasks, as we are a small firm, and employees are expected to wear multiple “hats.”

Qualifications:

• Able to commute to our Fountain Valley and Santa Ana locations.
• At least 2 year’s experience in a professional office environment preferred.
• Some college coursework required.
