Management Trainee
- As a global logistics service provider, Katoen Natie combines engineering, technology and port operations to offer worldwide, tailor-made solutions to the chemical and automotive industries, and to the consumer goods, electronics & retail sector. Katoen Natie has 181 logistic platforms and is active in 28 countries all over Europe, North America, South America and the Far East with a staff of more than 15 000 people.
- The chosen Management Trainee will have an intensive training period characterized by hands-on assignments in various fields of activities (i.e. packaging, warehousing, logistics, and distribution) where problem solving and troubleshooting skills will be required. After an introductory period, the trainee will be assigned a managerial position at a Katoen Natie facility in the USA and a possible training period in Europe or any of our Terminals across the globe.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, with a focus on business, engineering, logistics, and supply chain preferred.
- Advance computer skills include but not limited to MS-Office, Adobe Pro, and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Proficient with the use of Spreadsheets (Pivot Tables, Macros, Formulas, Data structure, etc.) and document presentation preferred
- Possess entrepreneurial spirit with a “get it done” attitude.
- Effective communication skills, able to interact with employees in all organizational levels.
- Able to work independent and efficient with minimum supervision.
- Flexible with work tasks and strict with completion deadlines.
- Willing to travel nationally and internationally and stay abroad for the training phase.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
