Customer Service / Marketing Representative (Chandler)
We are seeking a Customer Service / Marketing Representative . The role consists of customer interaction with will-call customers, incoming email and phone calls, and Marketing campaigns. $20-$30 per hour plus benefits.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing product/service information
• Professionally and courteously handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers
• Assist with various office related tasks, social media campaigns, and miscellaneous marketing collateral.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
2. Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
6. Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
7. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Work Week is Monday - Friday, with no shift work, no nights, and no weekend work. (Typical schedule is Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM
