City Wide Facility Solutions is currently seeking a qualified Facility Solutions Manager to join our dynamic team. As the leading management company in the building maintenance industry, we provide a comprehensive range of solutions to a wide variety of clients. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest standards of service, quality, and satisfaction.

The Facility Solutions Manager will be entrusted with managing all aspects of an assigned client’s facility services. This includes fostering relationships, identifying needs, developing service strategies, and ensuring compliance with all contract specifications. The successful candidate will exhibit exemplary leadership qualities and maintain a client-centered focus, thereby ensuring that our clients' expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

The responsibilities of the Facility Solutions Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing client accounts, ensuring retention and growth through exceptional service delivery.
  • Managing relationships with contractors and suppliers, ensuring quality and adherence to service agreements.
  • Conducting regular inspections and quality control checks, addressing any issues that may arise promptly.
  • Utilizing City Wide’s CRM for monitoring client interactions and service delivery.
  • Providing direction to operational staff and ensuring training and development programs are in place.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Reporting on client satisfaction metrics and preparing comprehensive reports for management review.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and account management, ideally in building maintenance or facility management.
  • A proven track record of client retention and satisfaction, with metrics to showcase your success.
  • A strong educational background, with a high school diploma at a minimum; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented individuals who excel in follow-through and possess a friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that allow you to connect with clients and contractors alike.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Reliable transportation is a must, as this role involves traveling to client locations regularly.
