Sales and Marketing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through targeted outreach and campaigns.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Client Engagement: Conduct product demos, present solutions tailored to client needs, and provide technical guidance.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

Upselling and Retention: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to existing customers and work to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Marketing:
- Content Creation: Develop compelling content such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and video tutorials to showcase product value.
- Campaign Management: Design, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and PPC.
- SEO and Analytics: Optimize digital assets for search engines and track performance using analytics tools to measure ROI.
- Brand Awareness: Collaborate on strategies to boost brand visibility and establish the company as an industry leader.

Event Marketing: Organize and participate in webinars, industry events, and product launches to engage with potential customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Sales.
- Understanding of SaaS sales models, customer acquisition strategies, and product lifecycle.
- Good communication, public speaking, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) strategies.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and techniques.
- Experience in creating and managing affiliate or partner programs.
