Meetings and Events Coordinator

8 Northumberland Avenue, London's most central venue; is looking for a Meetings and Events Coordinator to join our team of venue and event experts. You will be supporting sales and clients as part of an energetic dynamic team for the venue and our catering company AlchemyLive, as well as supporting overall business objectives for 8 Northumberland Avenue and the Hamilton Boyd Group.

 

The main purpose of your role will be to provide high levels of customer care and sell the meeting rooms through effectively matching the client needs and building professional relationships. To achieve this, you will work closely with a small team dealing directly with clients on a day-to-day basis.  Once trained, you will also work to enhance the customer experience and the financial value of the business by promoting relevant facilities and services. The accurate and timely completion of the associated administration is an essential part of the role.

 

This is a paid internship role, envisaged as a one-year fixed term contract where you will gain a clear vison of what you want to do aligned with your personality and skills and could lead to a permanent position within this vibrant people focussed business.
