Personal Assistant and Social Media Manager (Part-Time)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant and Social Media manager to support our CEO with personal tasks and capture / manage our online platforms. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional multitasking skills, discretion, and a positive attitude. This role will involve managing personal and household responsibilities to include social media. Working closely with the CEO, you'll be able to capture content to be used online.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Assistant Tasks
- Coordinate and manage personal appointments.
- Organize and oversee household tasks, such as scheduling maintenance, cleaning services, and deliveries.
- Handle grocery shopping, meal prep coordination, and stocking supplies.
- Manage family schedules and coordinate events (e.g., school functions, celebrations).
- Run personal errands including gift shopping and potential school transportation.
Social Media Management
- Plan and execute a content calendar aligned with the executive’s brand and business goals (company and separate pages for CEO).
- Capture, edit, and post engaging photos and videos at events and daily activities.
- Draft captions, hashtags, and posts that resonate with the target audience.
- Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers.
- Analyze metrics and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in personal assistant or social media management roles, or a combination of both.

Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in tools like Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).
- Creative with a strong eye for visuals and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset for reviewing social media metrics and trends.

- 10-20 hours per week expected. May ramp up as needed.
- Flexibility is required for occasional urgent tasks or events.
