Live Event Tech / Cinema Projectionist

The historic non-profit cinema house- the State Theatre- is looking for a projectionist with an eye for detail, the ability to edit video, with great communication skills, and someone that enjoys a varied work schedule in a gorgeous northern Michigan lakeside town.  

If you have live event experience with audio and video equipment - look no further! You have found your new position!  

We are home to the Traverse City Film Festival TCFF Tuesdays - our year round festival. In addition to 1st run movies and the kids' matinee,  each week we show festival films with the occasion on-screen live visit from our TCFF Board president, Michael Moore and the director/actor of the film just screened.
