Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will assist with the implementation of marketing strategies, support various campaigns, and help increase our brand awareness. This internship provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• - Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• - Manage and create content for social media platforms.
• - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• - Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations.
• - Support the creation of marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and email campaigns.
• - Coordinate with the marketing team and other departments to ensure consistency in messaging.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• - Currently pursuing a degree in in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, New/Emerging Media or a related field.
• - Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and prioritization skills and the ability to multitask
• Competent writer, able to adapt to multiple mediums and platforms
• - Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• - Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.

Estimated Compensation

This is a paid internship with an estimated hourly rate of $15 to $20, depending on qualifications and experience. College credit may also be offered if applicable. Hours are flexible. This position is based in our Charlotte, NC. Headquarters office.
