Key Responsibilities:
Depending on your assigned focus area, tasks may include:

• Research Specialist (Off-Market Deals): Identifying potential businesses for acquisition through platforms like Data Axle Reference Solutions and compiling detailed lead lists.
• Broker-Sourced Lead Manager: Evaluating businesses listed on broker platforms, summarizing relevant details, and providing concise assessments.
• Outreach and Communication Assistant: Drafting and sending professional letters and emails to business owners or brokers, managing responses, and coordinating follow-ups.
• Financial Analysis Support: Assisting with the review of Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, identifying trends, and summarizing financial insights under supervision.

What You’ll Learn:

• Methods for sourcing off-market and broker-listed businesses.
• Foundational principles of financial analysis, including evaluating P&L statements.
• Professional communication strategies for outreach and relationship management.
• Key stages of the business acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing leads to evaluating opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with spreadsheet software, cloud-based storage platforms, and basic research tools.
