About the Role:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic individual to assist with basic office duties and other tasks depending on our skills, knowledge and/or experience. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about the operations of a leading remodeling business.

Responsibilities:

Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.

Answer emails and phone calls, providing excellent communication with clients and team members.

Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar organization.

Support various office projects and day-to-day operations.

Other tasks as assigned to help the office run efficiently.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a college program or recently graduated

Preferred majors: Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, Entrepreneurship, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, Office Administration, Graphic Design, Information Technology (IT), Human Resources (HR), Project Management

Currently enrolled in a college program or recently graduated 

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
