Hospitality Management Intern

2025 Summer internship opportunities at Barefoot Bar and Snappers Turtle Bay Cafe!  Both located side by side on beautiful East Lake Okoboji! Regular daily duties will include floor management, problem solving, conflict resolution, cash controls, customer service, and performing in front of house roles as working managers; often in tipped positions such as server, host, or bartender.  You will also have the opportunity to shadow location managers in tasks such as inventory control, ordering, scheduling, daily cash reconciliation and deposits, and personnel management to name a few.  Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.

Weekend, evening and holiday work is required.  This is a paid internship of $14/hr + tips.  OT is permitted.  Internship will run from approximately mid May through Labor Day weekend.
