Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and empathetic In-Home Care Providers to join our team. In this role, you will offer essential support and companionship to clients, assisting them with daily activities to ensure their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Personal Care: Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Medication Management: Remind and assist clients with prescribed medications as directed.
  • Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe and orderly environment.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
  • Transportation: Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, and social activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to handle physical aspects of caregiving.
  • Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
  • Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Valid Driver's License
