Our primary product, the CROVER Grain Storage Management system, helps grain storage operators detect critical issues such as hotspots early on, ensuring the quality of cereal grains and oilseeds like corn, soybeans, wheat, and barley in bulk storage. #SavingGrains

We’re excited to offer a hands-on learning opportunity for a creative and driven Social Media & Marketing Intern to join our team and support our Senior Social Media and Marketing Manager in executing innovative strategies to enhance Crover’s digital presence and brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging social media content, including text, images, and videos, across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, and Facebook.
• Monitor and respond to audience engagement (comments, messages, and mentions) to help grow our online community.
• Support the development and execution of social media campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content strategies.
• Help maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing goals.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure branding consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Contribute ideas for creative campaigns and visual storytelling.

Requirements:

• Passion for social media and digital marketing with an eagerness to learn and grow.
• Familiarity with leading social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and an interest in learning to interpret data to optimize performance.
• Creativity and a proactive mindset to suggest innovative ideas.
