Audio/Video Assistant
Overview: The Audio/Video Assistant will support the McCoy College Digital Video Specialist in the daily operations of audio and video systems. Responsibilities include setting up audio/video equipment, recording events, editing audio/video content, and managing video conferences. This role requires the ability to lift and carry video equipment, including cameras and computer monitors.
Work Hours: This part-time position (25 hours per week) has variable hours based on event schedules and deadlines. Typical work hours range between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. A dress code is enforced for events.
Qualifications:
- Reliability and Punctuality: Must be dependable and consistently on time.
- Experience: Proficiency in audio/video creation and editing.
- Software Knowledge: Fluency with Final Cut, iMovie, and/or Adobe Premiere.
- Technical Skills: Competence with both Mac and PC platforms.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds.
