As part of our growth, we are looking for a motivated Customer Service Intern to help us amplify our online presence and connect with our audience through engaging content.

Job Overview

The Customer Service Intern will assist with daily operations, client communications, and administrative tasks. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to develop professional skills in customer service, insurance policies, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
• Assist with processing insurance applications, renewals, and policy changes.
• Help maintain and update customer records in the agency’s management system.
• Support the team in handling billing questions, claims, and coverage inquiries.
• Learn about various insurance products and services to provide clients with informed assistance.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve customer concerns.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address outstanding issues.
• Assist in preparing customer service reports and analyzing feedback for improvements.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance knowledge of agency operations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Interest in the insurance industry is a plus.

• Two 7-hour business days a week (14 hours a week) in the office 9-5 with an hour lunch
