Are you a software engineer ready to step out from behind the code and make a direct impact by building lasting relationships with customers? As a Technical Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to leverage your technical background to address complex business and technical challenges. In this role, you’ll develop both business and customer-facing acumen while working directly with team members to deliver impactful solutions. Beyond providing day-to-day support, you’ll work closely with product and engineering teams, acting as a vital bridge between technical and customer-facing functions. What you’ll gain at Persona

- Mentorship and growth: You will receive 1:1 mentorship directly from a member of our post-sales/sales team, allowing you to learn from seasoned professionals and develop the skills needed for a successful career in the tech industry.

What you’ll bring to Persona
- Experience: You have 1–3 years of experience in a technical role (e.g., Software Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Data Scientist)

- Strong interpersonal skills: You have a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer experiences and contribute to a customer’s success

Salary and Compensation
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $95,000 - $110,000. Base salaries are just one component of the total compensation package and are determined by a number of factors such as years of experience, expertise, qualifications, and more. In addition to base salary, this role offers variable compensation as well as competitive equity packages that play a big part in recognizing you for the huge impact you will have on helping us achieve our mission. Please note, that the salary range is a guideline that is subject to change without notice.
