Role Overview 

As an Associate Solution Engineer at Cloudmersive, you will play a pivotal role in the presales process by partnering with our clients to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of our solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to design and deliver impactful solutions. 

Key Responsibilities 

Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored API and cloud solutions. 

Deliver compelling technical demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Cloudmersive’s offerings. 

Provide technical expertise during the presales process, including answering client inquiries and addressing technical challenges. 

Develop proof-of-concept solutions and prototypes to validate technical feasibility. 

Work closely with clients to ensure successful integration and adoption of Cloudmersive’s solutions. 

Stay updated on the latest trends in API and cloud technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients. 

Qualifications 

Completed bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

Strong technical acumen with a passion for solving complex problems. 

Experience with APIs, cloud platforms, Diagrams, and software development. 

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences. 

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment. 

US Citizen or Green Card Holder Only

Previous experience in a technical presales or solutions engineering role is a plus but not required.
