Assistant – Case management, ICC Dispute Resolution Services (Paris)
The role
The role involves administrative tasks, including:
- Daily mail (preparation of letters, correction, formatting, sending out emails and express courier letters);
- Electronic and paper archiving;
- Follow-up of cases under the supervision of lawyers;
- Database management for the procedures of the ICC International Court of Arbitration;
- Preparation of ICC Court’s documents and notification of ICC Court’s decision;
- Support of our case management teams during technology transition.
Your profile
Do not hesitate to apply if you:
- Are well-organised, efficient and able to work autonomously with initiative;
- Have excellent computer skills (mainly Word, and Outlook);
- Are able to work in a multicultural team;
- Have some administrative experience;
- Possess excellent oral and written English skills;
- Knowledge of another language such as French or Spanish is a plus.

Location: ICC International Headquarter, Paris
Contract type and duration: Fixed term contract (CDD, 12 months), full time.
