As our Marketing Associate, your main focus will be crafting high-quality, engaging videos that align perfectly with our brand’s image, voice, and character. This role is all about bringing fresh ideas to life, analyzing performance data, and continuously refining strategies to connect with our audience.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Content Creation
- Brainstorm and execute creative video concepts that reflect the brand’s personality and resonate with our audience.
- Film and edit high-quality videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring they’re visually engaging and on-trend.
- Stay updated on video content trends and experiment with new techniques to keep content fresh and innovative.
- Analyze video performance metrics and adjust strategies based on insights and feedback to optimize engagement and reach.
Social Media Management
- Plan and schedule video content across platforms, crafting captions and hashtags that align with the brand’s tone.
- Create Instagram Stories and short-form video content to maintain consistent brand visibility.
Design & Branding
- Collaborate on packaging and digital design to ensure all visual elements align with the brand’s identity.
- Assist with website updates, including video banners and dynamic visual layouts.
E-commerce & Advertising
- Enhance product pages with engaging video content, showcasing products in action.
- Create video assets for Facebook, Google, and other ad platforms to maximize visibility and conversions.
Offline Marketing
- Produce video elements for in-store promotions and event highlights.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficient in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Strong eye for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
- Familiarity with social media trends and analytics tools.
- Basic graphic design skills using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Experience with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Previous Marketing Experience is preferred
