Position: Assistant Store Leader

The Assistant Store Leader is a professional development position that is ideal for individuals that are eager to have a leadership position within the company. There is availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts within this position.

 

Responsibilities for the Assistant Store Leader position include…

■ Demonstrate excellent customer service as an example for Team Members to follow

■ Model the core values of everbowl

■ Take and audit regular inventory of store products and supplies

■ Be dependable and punctual for scheduled shifts

■ Recognize the needs of the store in regard to operations, cleanliness and sales performance

■ Have food preparation and handling skills

■ Respect the health and safety of employees and customers

■ Communicate with your fellow employees and be an overall team player

■ Help the Store Leader with planning and making schedules for the team

■ Identify areas of improvement, best-selling products, outstanding employees and more

■ Enforce optimal cleanliness and organization of the store

■ Manage daily tasks and responsibilities of team members in store

■ Have flexible availability to help with any store or team member needs, planned or unplanned

■ Supervise and motivate employees to promote a desirable workplace
