Administrative Support:

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including email and packages.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Customer Support:
- Assist clients, trusted advisors and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and resolve issues or direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Process billing and other service-related requests.
- Obtain and create client documents from Insurance Company partners.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
