Property Management Intern

The Property Management Intern supports the daily operations of property management by performing administrative tasks, organizing property viewings, handling resident relations and coordinating maintenance work.

Internship duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Answering phones
  • Creating and maintaining resident files
  • Creating and maintaining work orders for the property
  • Liaison between residents, maintenance staff, vendors, and management
  • Administrative support to Property Manager and Resident Manager
  • Coordinating move ins, move outs and tenant files with main office
  • Other tasks and special projects as required by management

Qualifications:

  • Actively pursuing degree in related field, or combination of education and experience required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel and outlook)
  • Ability to work on and complete multiple projects in a timely matter
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-starter who is able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability work in a collaborative environment with short deadlines
  • Must be legally allowed to work in the US, sponsorships not available
