The Role
The Assistant Sales Coordinator supports the Sales Manager by facilitating communication with sponsors, managing internal documents, and ensuring all processes run smoothly. This role is integral to maintaining organization, meeting deadlines, and supporting the overall success of the sales team
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary support for the sales Manager and sales team by coordinating and tracking sponsor communications - both digital and marketing
- Maintain and update internal documents and systems to ensure accurate sponsor information, generating reports, creating insertion orders and managing sales documentation.
- Facilitate sponsor communication by collecting required assets, verifying details and providing necessary specifications.
- Help with office tasks and provide support to the team as needed
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, and unmatched attention to detail.
- Experience managing a slate of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in the media industry is a plus.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suites, Slack and Monday.com
This position is Part-Time and On-Site based out of our Arlington, TX Office.
