Marketing Intern
Job Summary
The Summer Camp Marketing intern would support Hiram House Camp staff by playing an active role in the summer camps occurring. The Summer Camp program occurs from June 9th-August 10th with training starting June 3rd.
Salary: 460 per week
Responsibilities 1. Take daily photos of activities around camp and working with office staff.
2. Coordinating with directors on social media posts and creating content that is in the best interest of the organization.
3. Providing a weekly newsletter for families and sending out daily updates to families in our family contacting app.
2. Be responsible for the campers’ health, welfare, and general adjustment with others;
- Do not leave groups unattended.
- Plan daily activities for campers.
- Guiding campers in participation of all camp activities.
2. Be on time and attend all staff meetings and scheduled activities.
3. Accompany and participate in all group activities.
4. Be in communication with fellow staff and camp nurse of any suspected illness of campers.
5. Assisting with camp activities.
6. Filling out daily reports including incident/accident reports and returning to the Day Camp Directors.
7. Participate in Self evaluations during the summer with Program Director and end of season evaluation of the program and staff.
