Position: Part-Time Paid Internship

About the Role:

Headquartered in Agoura Hills, California, PackIt, is looking for a Marketing and Communication Intern to join our fast-paced Marketing Team and will report to the VP of Brand Marketing. Our ideal applicant will help manage owned and operated social platforms, help build brand community, aid in partnership opportunities, assist with influencer/affiliate/UGC, and help execute e-commerce strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Help manage our online marketing presence, including social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Reddit
  • Be prevalent on social platforms to help communicate the brand message and garner a following and community
  • Help with outreach for brand partnerships and social collaborations
  • Assist with finding and vetting influencers, affiliates, and UGC content as needed
  • Assist with helping execute overall digital marketing and sales strategy
  • Work closely with different teams (Creative, Sales, and Customer Service) to aid agencies and consumers and provide pertinent product information

Requirements:

  • Education focus in marketing, communication or business (Undergrad or MBA Program)
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive, can-do attitude
