Eyes Now is a private optometry practice seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Operational/Marketing Assistant and Optometric Tech. As a Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing strategy and execution within the healthcare field. This internship will provide you with the tools and skills needed to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Essential Duties:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies to promote our healthcare services to the target audience
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and competitors in the healthcare industry
- Support by creating compelling content such as blog posts, social media updates, and website copy
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing platforms
- Assist in managing and updating the company's website and social media channels
- Help plan and execute promotional events, webinars, and conferences to generate brand awareness and attract potential customers
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
Experience/Skills:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content
- Proficient in G-Suite, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their usage for marketing purposes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- A positive attitude, with a desire to learn and grow in the field of marketing
